Completing the online application is simple and should take only 10 minutes of your time if you have all the necessary information to hand. For us to provide you with a quote we will need the following information:
- Your contact details
- The nature of your service users
- The number of service users you provide care for
- How long you have been in operation
- The percentage of your clients who are private
- The annual wages for carers and annual wages for admin staff
- The claims history of your business including the date of the loss, the insurer, details of the claim and any subsequent risk management action
- If you require buildings and contents, we will require relevant details
- Please also tell us about the other insurances you currently have in place for your business

Don’t worry if you can’t find all the information you need straight away. Once you have completed all the mandatory fields in Section One you can save and return to complete the application at any time !

When you press 'Save' the system will provide you with a unique reference code. Please keep a note of this reference code. Using your reference code and registered e-mail address you can return to complete the online application at your own convenience.
