Completing the online application is simple and should take only 10 minutes of your time if you have all the necessary information to hand.
For us to provide you with an accurate quote we will need the following information:
- Your standard business information (trading name, address etc, type of facility)
- Number of registered residents
- The age of your property/properties (in years)
- The name of your current insurer/broker
- Your current premium
- The date you would like to start your cover
- Details of your sums insured including building, annual revenue and contents
- Finally, the details of any claims made in the last five years
Each section of our online application has a help menu, so if you should get stuck just press the question mark icon to obtain further guidance.
Don’t worry if you can’t find all the information you need straight away. Once you have completed all the mandatory fields in Section One you can save and return to complete the application at any time!
Simply return to this welcome page and use the 'Returning users' facility on the right-hand side to return to your form.
When you press 'Save' the system will provide you with a unique reference code. Please keep a note of this reference code. Using your reference code and registered e-mail address you can return to complete the online application at your own convenience.
